1、对气泵压力或流量降低时进行的维护

当出现压力和流量下降时，切断旋涡气泵的电源，查看进气口是否有东西堵塞，检查进气口过滤网，不过不要拆除过滤网，否则会把杂物吸进气泵，导致损坏。其次，若发现机器内部有杂物的，导致橡胶皮顶住了电磁铁，造成电磁铁不能恢复位置。此时可以打开旋涡气泵的外壳，清理内部杂物。在橡胶皮上钻一个小孔，排除负压产生的吸附作用即可。电机的缺相或运转方向不对也是造成此类故障的一个原因，此时应检查并重新接好电源，如果电机烧坏，应更换同型号电机，单相电机检查电容是否完好，接线是否正确。

2、对气泵噪声变大时进行的维护

检查旋涡气泵泵体内是否有杂物，如有，则打开外壳,清理内部杂物；其次检查叶轮是否卡住，此时建议联系厂家修理，需要重新装配才能消除故障。第三检查轴承是否损坏，必要时更换轴承。
