1、隔膜泵启动前的准备工作:
(1)检查隔膜泵进出口过滤网是否畅通。
(2)检查隔膜泵出口管线、回流管线是否畅通,投用相关仪表、调节阀。
2、隔膜泵的启动
(1)打开隔膜泵入口阀,确认入口管线是否畅通。
(2)开启隔膜泵出口阀。
(3)将泵冲程调节器调节为零。
(4)启动隔膜泵,确认电机旋转方向是否按电机上箭头所示方向旋转,确认隔膜泵泵无异音。
(5)隔膜泵启动后确认工作:
①确认隔膜泵体各部件是否存在异音。
②确认隔膜振动是否正常。
⑤确认隔膜泵泵柱柱塞填料处是否泄漏或过热。
⑥观察隔膜泵出口压力与流量是否正常,并确认电机电流是否符合要求,并做好记录。

3、隔膜泵正常运转时巡检的要点:
(1) 检查隔膜泵出口压力,出口流量是否满足要求。
(2)检查隔膜泵泵体上各轴承温度是否高于正常温度。
(3)检查振动是否正常。
(4)检查填料是否泄漏或过热。
(5)检查进出口单向阀是否正常。
(6)确认各管线是否存在泄漏点。
4、停泵:
(1)确认冲程调节器指针调到零位,停泵。
(2)停泵后将隔膜泵与系统隔离,如需检修,则必须将泵体内介质清洗排净。

2. Start of diaphragm pump
(1) Open the inlet valve of the diaphragm pump to confirm whether the inlet pipeline is smooth.
(2) open the diaphragm pump outlet valve.
(3) Adjust the pump stroke regulator to zero.
(4) Start the diaphragm pump and confirm whether the motor rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow on the motor, and confirm that the diaphragm pump has no sound.
(5) Confirm work after starting diaphragm pump:
(1) Confirm whether the parts of the diaphragm pump body are abnormal.
② Confirm whether diaphragm vibration is normal.
Confirm whether the diaphragm pump plunger packing leakage or overheating.
⑥ Observe the diaphragm pump outlet pressure and flow is normal, and confirm whether the motor current meets the requirements, and make a record.

3, diaphragm pump normal operation of the main points of inspection:
(1) Check the outlet pressure of the diaphragm pump and whether the outlet flow meets the requirements.
(2) Check whether the bearing temperature on the diaphragm pump body is higher than the normal temperature.
(3) Check whether the vibration is normal.
(4) Check whether the packing is leaking or overheating.
(5) Check whether the import and export check valve is normal.
(6) Confirm whether there is leakage point in each pipeline.
4. Stop the pump:
(1) Confirm that the stroke regulator pointer is set to zero and stop the pump.
(2) after stopping the pump, the diaphragm pump is isolated from the system. If maintenance is required, the medium in the pump must be cleaned and drained.
